This statement is made pursuant to the UK 2015 Modern Slavery Act, the Australia 2018 Modern Slavery Act (No. 153), the Canada 2023 Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, and the California 2010 Transparency in Supply Chains Act.
It sets out the steps that SVCV SA and its affiliates have taken up to and during the financial year 2023 (i.e., the year ending on December 31, 2023) to identify and prevent modern slavery — including forced labor, human trafficking, and child labor — from taking place in any part of its business activities or within its supply chains.
