
THE PROCESS
SVCV Global’s hiring process is designed to be clear, fast, and merit-based, completed within four weeks. Candidates first submit their résumé and cover letter for an initial screening and short virtual interview with HR to assess fit and availability. Selected applicants advance to strategic interviews with division heads and may be asked to complete a brief case study or presentation. Finalists meet directly with the Founder/Chairman for alignment on vision, leadership, and execution. Successful candidates receive a formal offer outlining compensation, equity, and performance milestones, followed by immediate onboarding and a one-week immersion into SVCV’s global ecosystem.

The Role: Partner
The Partner will be a senior leadership figure within SVCV, working directly alongside the Founder/Chairman to lead fundraising, portfolio management, and institutional investor relations across multiple industries and geographies. Unlike a single-fund role, this Partner will control and scale multi-portfolio strategies spanning fashion, media, entertainment, real estate, and consumer sectors, ensuring each vertical is capitalized, integrated, and globally competitive.
Responsibilities

Capital Formation & Investor Relations

Lead global fundraising across multiple rounds (Bridge → Growth → IPO/RTO).

Serve as the primary contact for pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices.

Maintain a direct global network of institutional LPs, placement agents, and investment banks.

Multi-Portfolio Leadership

Oversee multiple funds and portfolios across luxury, consumer, entertainment, real estate, and technology.

Manage capital deployment and allocation across industries and countries.

Ensure each portfolio maintains creative autonomy while benefiting from shared group infrastructure.

Global Expansion & Execution

Drive cross-border M&A integrations and scale-up strategies in Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Work with portfolio management teams to accelerate growth through acquisitions, restructuring, and new market entry.

Advise the Founder/Chairman on fundraising strategy, portfolio expansion, and institutional partnerships.

Oversee compliance, legal structures, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

Ideal Candidate

15–20 years of experience at top-tier private equity/private credit firms, with proven fundraising track record.

Direct relationships with pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and endowments (must demonstrate successful prior raises).

Experience leading multi-portfolio and cross-border strategies at $500M+ scale.

Deep capital markets knowledge with prior involvement in IPOs, RTOs, or large-scale fund launches.

Global fluency: ability to operate across Asia-Pacific, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
