SVCV serves as the Group’s core investment management and private equity firm, incorporated and licensed in Guernsey. The platform oversees the structuring, funding, and expansion of SVCV holdings, supported by dedicated divisions including SVXX (private credit), SVRE (a real estate development fund under LiveWorld ), SVIP (Music and Video Rights IP asset vehicle under SVCV Global​), SVVC (venture capital investment in early-stage companies), SVAI (AI-focused hedge fund) and SVCV Capital (Special Purpose Vehicle). SVCV Group functions as the primary corporate holding entity. The firm manages five global conglomerates—SVCV Global, LIVE WORLD, IBGX Worldwide, The Hype Companies, and The Colucci Group—encompassing luxury, media, technology, finance, entertainment, and fashion. Together, these companies will represent a growing portfolio exceeding $10 billion in assets.
